Connected (2021) - Feature Film — Senior Editor

I served as the Senior Editor for this passion project, which was originally filmed in the early 2000s. Over the years, the film had been slowly edited by a couple of editors and the director, but when I came on board, much of it lacked cohesion and a sense of timing. My role was to bring the film together, introducing a rhythm to the pacing while adding essential elements that had been missed, such as establishing shots and story breaks.

Beyond my responsibilities as Senior Editor, I also acted as Story Producer, handled Visual Effects, worked as a Colorist, worked as a motion graphic artist for the film name intro, and developed a custom solution to upscale the footage from its original DV format to full HD.

This film earned me my first-ever Best Editor nomination from the Indie Film Awards and received numerous accolades, including:
